5. Subscriptions and Payments / Subskrypcje i płatności We offer Monthly, 3-Month and Yearly subscriptions. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Oferujemy subskrypcje miesięczne, 3-miesięczne i roczne. Subskrypcje odnawiają się automatycznie, chyba że anulujesz przed datą odnowienia.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy / Polityka zwrotów i anulowania

IMPORTANT – NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS Once you log in and access any Premium Content (videos, galleries, live etc.), you lose the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund. No refunds for partially used periods. 7. Intellectual Property / Prawa własności intelektualnej All content is the exclusive property of Wendy Marvell and protected by copyright. Copying, recording, sharing, downloading or public use is strictly prohibited. Wszystkie treści są wyłączną własnością Wendy Marvell i chronione prawem autorskim. Kopiowanie, nagrywanie, udostępnianie, pobieranie i publiczne wykorzystywanie jest surowo zabronione.

8. Prohibited Conduct / Zabronione działania Account sharing, content recording, harassment, chargebacks after access, spam, etc. Violation = immediate permanent ban without refund. Udostępnianie konta, nagrywanie treści, nękanie, chargebacki po uzyskaniu dostępu, spam itp. = natychmiastowe zablokowanie konta bez zwrotu pieniędzy.

9. Custom Content and Live Sessions All custom content and live sessions are final sales. No refunds after delivery or once the session has begun. Wszystkie treści custom i sesje live są sprzedażą finalną. Brak zwrotów po dostarczeniu lub rozpoczęciu sesji.

10. Repeat Infringer Policy We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat infringers. Repeated violations of copyright or these Terms will result in permanent account termination. Stosujemy politykę zero tolerancji wobec powtarzających się naruszeń. Powtarzające się naruszenia skutkują trwałym zablokowaniem konta.

11. Anti-Spam Policy You agree not to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam through the Service. Violation may result in account suspension. Zabrania się wysyłania spamu i niechcianych wiadomości komercyjnych. Naruszenie może skutkować zablokowaniem konta.

12. Human Trafficking and Abuse Policy We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, exploitation or abuse. Any such activity will be reported to authorities and result in permanent ban. Mamy politykę zero tolerancji wobec handlu ludźmi, wykorzystywania i nadużyć. Takie działania będą zgłaszane organom ścigania i skutkują trwałym banem.

13. Taxes & VAT All prices include Polish VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or fees in your country. Wszystkie podane ceny zawierają polski VAT (jeśli dotyczy). Jesteś odpowiedzialny za wszelkie dodatkowe podatki w swoim kraju.

14. Force Majeure We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet outages, government actions, etc.). Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za opóźnienia lub niewykonanie zobowiązań spowodowane siłą wyższą (klęski żywiołowe, wojna, awarie internetu, działania rządowe itp.).

15. Limitation of Liability Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nasza całkowita odpowiedzialność nie przekracza kwoty zapłaconej przez Ciebie w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy.

16. Privacy and Data Protection Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR/RODO regulations. Twoje dane osobowe są przetwarzane zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności oraz przepisami RODO/GDPR.

17. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do zmian Regulaminu. Istotne zmiany będą ogłoszone z co najmniej 14-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by Polish courts. Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Spory rozstrzygane są przez sądy polskie.

19. Final Provisions / Postanowienia końcowe In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Polish version, the Polish version shall prevail. W razie rozbieżności między wersją angielską a polską rozstrzygająca jest wersja polska.
